Donald Miller, a prisoner in the Michigan Prison System, confessed to four rape murders from 1977 to 1978 in and around East Lansing, Michigan,. He was arrested while attempting his 5th rape and murder. He was convicted of the rape and attempted murder.

While in Jackson State Prison in Michigan, he confessed to four other murders. In exchange for leading prosecutors to the bodies, he was charged with only four counts of manslaughter.
