An Illinois grand jury charged the 33-year-old singer -- whose full name is Robert Kelly -- with 21 counts of child pornography based on a videotape, which police said was recorded sometime around November 1997, with a big breasted under-aged call girl who was about 14 at the time.  If you get on Kazaa you can search for VIDEO and R. At the same time - he faces simliar charges in Florida.  For his place in that state, south of Orlando, was searched, and produced evidence of similar crimes in THAT jurisdiction.
